RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
What is the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and no perfume or makeup stains. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. All returns will be in the form of a non-expiring Store Credit (Sidra & Co. eGift Card). This card can be used for anything listed on our site. We do not offer refunds to original payment sources.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@sidraandco.com and provide a brief description of your return/exchange reason.
Please note, that in the case of any exchange and refund, we will not be providing any return labels. All return labels are the customer's responsibility. We only provide a one time exchange and do not allow an exchange after the initial exchange has been sent.
All jewelry items are Final Sale.
All items on SALE are Final Sale.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
Although this doesn't happen often, we always want to make sure that you receive a perfect product. We will replace it with another product right away!
Non-Shipped Refunds/Order Cancellation
If the customer emails to cancel an order before it has been shipped, Sidra & Co. will deduct 5% cancellation fee cover the cost of bank transaction fees due to customers cancelling an order.
